A presence of accompaniment and education

MISSION

To love and serve in everyday life. Wherever hope is needed most.

Our mission is born from a simple conviction: we serve Jesus Christ by serving others, especially where life is fragile, wounded, or in need of hope. We live a humble, compassionate, and practical charity, attentive to the needs of each moment.

“The proper ministry of the Institute is charity… serving Jesus Christ in the person of our brothers and sisters.”

— Constitutions

What do we mean by mission?

Our mission is the apostolic practice of charity in its various expressions, responding to the needs of each moment in the Church and in the world. It is not just about “doing things”: it is a way of living, of seeing, and of accompanying others, rooted in the Gospel.

Where does it become visible?

Charity becomes visible in concrete settings, especially:

Education: accompaniment and growth within the educational community
Education: we accompany human and spiritual growth, especially where it is needed most.
  • Care for the sick and those who suffer, attending to the whole person with respect and tenderness.
  • Education, accompanying human and spiritual growth, especially where it is needed most.
  • Catechesis and proclamation of the faith, with simplicity and thoughtful preparation, trusting that faith is a gift from God.
  • Responding to new needs, because Christian charity knows how to read the signs of the times and move ahead.

How do we serve?

We serve from a spirituality that unites prayer and action: in deep union with God, with humility and simplicity, and following the example of the Virgin Mary. We believe that authentic charity does not humiliate: it uplifts; it does not invade: it accompanies; it does not seek recognition: it simply does good and perseveres..

A mission for today’s world

Today, mission unfolds across many “silent frontiers”: loneliness, mental health struggles, hidden poverty, exhausted families, young people without direction, and elderly people who are alone. We want to be there as a presence of hope, through concrete gestures and in the spirit of charity handed down to us by our Foundress.

If you would like to take part in our mission—through prayer, support, your time or a concrete contribution— we would be glad to hear from you. Mission grows when it is shared.
